Can't open files in Creative Cloud Libraries?
When trying to open an asset in the Creative Cloud app or an asset in the Libraries panel, you may get one of the following errors:
- Due to a problem initializing CC Libraries, existing links to library graphics will appear broken.
- Either the file does not exist, you do not have permission, or the file may be in use by another application.
How to fix the issue

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\IPC

Check if the file AdobeIPCBroker exists in the folder.
Megjegyzés:AdobeIPCBroker doesn't exist? If the file AdobeIPCBroker doesn't exist in the above location, go to the folder location mentioned in step 4. If you find your file there, copy it and then paste it to the IPC folder location in step 1. Then relaunch your application. Doing this fixes the error.

Once you find the file, copy it.
Be careful not to move or delete the file.

Follow the steps for your operating system.
macOS
a) Open Finder, hold Option + Shift.
b) Select the Go menu in the top bar, and then select Library.
c) Then go to the following location:
Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Desktop Common/IPCBox
Windows
Go to the following location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\IPCBox
Didn't find the IPCBox folder? If there's no folder with that name, create a new one with this name.

Paste the copied file into the folder IPCBox.

Relaunch your application.
