Reuse and customize shared templates within a guided, brand-controlled editing experience.
When a template creator shares a reusable template, collaborators receive both an in-app notification and an email with access details. The custom templates shared with you are accessible in Your stuff > Files and can be filtered using Shared with you. This feature is available on Adobe Express for Teams and Enterprise plans.
Select the number of pages you want to start with.
If you don’t have access to a selected brand or asset location, select Request access. Once you’re ready, select Use template.
In the Quick replace panel, select Media and Text to replace the content from the design.
To add more pages from the original template, select Template info in the header, choose the pages, and select Add pages to file.
