Adobe Connect loads a blank window instead of meeting room
Issue
When you launch an Adobe Connect Meeting, a small blank window may appear:
Reason
This can occur if the application for desktop is partially downloaded or becomes corrupted. When a meeting room is launched, the following error may appear in the application logs, if enabled:
"Player WinInet error returned from HttpSendRequest = 12057"
Solution
Completely clear your web browsers cache and attempt to re-install the application.
