When you launch an Adobe Connect Meeting, a small blank window may appear:


This can occur if the Add-in download partially fails or becomes corrupted, but remains in the browsers cache. Often on room launch the following error will appear in the Meeting Add-in logs, if enabled:

"Player WinInet error returned from HttpSendRequest = 12057"


Completely clear your web browsers cache and attempt to re-install the Add-in.
