You don't have administrator privileges

Your user account lacks the necessary administrator privileges to modify system files during the installation process.  Before proceeding, ensure your user account is set to Administrator.

Installer files have restricted permissions

The installer files or their parent folders have incorrect permissions, preventing the installer from accessing required files.
