Adobe apps compatibility with Microsoft Copilot+ PCs

Last updated on 2 Sep 2025

Learn which Adobe apps run on Copilot+ PCs that use Snapdragon X Series ARM architecture-based processors.

Through our partnership with Microsoft and Qualcomm, Adobe is actively working to expand the availability of apps that run on Copilot+ PCs with Snapdragon X Series processors. Depending on the apps, they run either natively or via emulation on Copilot+ PCs with Snapdragon X Series ARM architecture-based processors.

Apps that run natively on Copilot+ PCs

Native Adobe apps are built specifically for ARM computers like Copilot+ PCs, offering faster performance, better battery life, and a smoother overall experience. They take full advantage of the hardware, with improved support for system features and creative workflows. As we continue expanding native support, these apps deliver the best experience for creatives working on Windows ARM computers.

Apps that run via emulation on Copilot+ PCs

Some Adobe apps that aren’t yet built to run natively on Windows ARM computers will run on Copilot+ PCs via emulation. Emulated Adobe apps let you keep using your favorite creative tools, even if they weren’t originally designed for ARM computers. While not as fast or efficient as native apps, they still offer key features and capabilities that you rely on.

Adobe is actively working to expand native support on Copilot+ PCs with Snapdragon X Series processors for these apps, ensuring an even better experience over time.

Support for Windows computers with other processors

Adobe will continue to support Windows computers with Intel, AMD, and other processors. We have no plans to discontinue support for Intel or AMD-based systems.
