I have Creative Cloud activated on two computers. How do I activate it on another computer?

You can activate your Creative Cloud individual subscription on up to two computers at a time. Therefore, to activate Creative Cloud on another computer:

  1. Sign out to deactivate Creative Cloud on one of the two computers.
  2. Sign in to activate Creative Cloud on the new computer.

These steps are explained in the next sections.

Sign out to deactivate Creative Cloud on one of the two computers

You can deactivate Creative Cloud on a computer in any of the following ways:

  • Sign out of the Creative Cloud desktop app or any Creative Cloud app. For information on how to sign out, see Sign out from Creative Cloud.
  • Sign out of Creative Cloud by deactivating a device from your account page on adobe.com. This is a good option to use if you don't have access to your previous computer or device.

Sign in to activate Creative Cloud on the new computer

First, download and install Creative Cloud desktop application on the new computer as explained in the next section. Then, simply sign in to Creative Cloud from that computer.
