Move elements in libraries

Learn how to move elements across groups, subgroups, libraries, and brands using the Creative Cloud desktop app and Adobe Home.

Move elements from the desktop app

Open the Creative Cloud desktop app and select Files > Your libraries  .

Select a library.

To move elements to a different library, select the element you want to move, right-click, and then select Move to.

Right-click on the element you want to move, use the menu and select the fifth option 'Move to'.

In the Move to dialog box, choose the destination library or brand, and then select Move  .

To move elements within the same library, drag and drop elements between groups and subgroups.

Move elements from the web

Open Adobe Home and select Files > Libraries & brands .

Open a library.

Hover over the element you want to move, select the more actions  icon, and then select Move.

In the MOVE TO dialog box, choose the destination library or brand, and then select Move here.

Note

You cannot move elements to public libraries.
