Open the Adobe libraries API link in a web browser.
Select the lock Site Settings > Privacy and Security > Security.
icon in the address bar and then selectUnder the Advanced section, select Manage certificates. This will help you view any missing or untrusted certificates.
Navigate to Start > Run > certmgr.msc and ensure that all listed certificates are present in the Trusted Root Certificate Authorities or Intermediate Certificate Authorities > Certificates.
Restart the browser and open the link again to verify if a secure connection can be established.
Restart and launch the Creative Cloud desktop app.
