Can’t access Creative Cloud services

Learn how to resolve connection issues with Adobe Creative Cloud services.

Temporary service outages can cause interruptions with Creative Cloud services. You may be experiencing one if:

  • You can't save documents to the cloud
  • Adobe Fonts are inaccessible
  • Your settings aren't syncing across devices

Temporary Adobe server outage

Open your app to see if you’ve received a notification for a service outage.

A service notification appears when you have a service interruption. It indicates that the app will run, but access to some features or services may not be available and that Adobe is working to restore the issue.
The alert informs you that the app will continue to run, but some features might not be accessible.

Visit the Adobe Status page to see if there are any known outages.

If an outage is confirmed, select Subscribe next to the event to receive updates via email.

The Adobe Status page shows product availability and issues across Creative Cloud, Experience Cloud, Document Cloud, and Adobe Services. It also includes a Subscribe button that you can use to be notified about service updates.
You can see current service availability, issues, and maintenance on the Adobe Status page.

Once the services are restored, you will see a service recovery notification in your app.
A service recovery notification appears in your app to indicate that the service outage has been restored. You would need to sign in again to continue using the app.
You can access all services when you receive a notification that services have been restored.

Once services are restored, sign out of the Creative Cloud app and sign back in.

Note

You can download apps during a service outage. However, you may need to wait to open them for the first time until services are restored.
