Cannot find plugins on Adobe Exchange

Learn how to resolve the error message “Something went wrong. You might not see all of your plugins”.

Plugins are out of sync

If you can’t find the plugins you acquired on the Adobe Exchange website, the Creative Cloud desktop app may not have fully synced with your account. Follow these steps to refresh your plugin list.

Go to the Apps tab on the Creative Cloud desktop app. 

Go to More options  next to Installed apps, and select Check for updates

The expanded menu allows you to enable auto updates, check for updates, and update all apps.
Manually check for updates and ensure your plugins are synced.

Check for and install any available app updates.

After installing updates, go to the Stock & Marketplace > Manage plugins to view your acquired plugins and extensions.

The Stock & Marketplace screen displays Manage plugins tab where you can view your installed plugins.
You can locate the installed plugin's card to view its version and feature-related information.

Your plugins should now show up on Adobe Exchange as well.
