Plugins are out of sync
If you can’t find the plugins you acquired on the Adobe Exchange website, the Creative Cloud desktop app may not have fully synced with your account. Follow these steps to refresh your plugin list.
Go to More options next to Installed apps, and select Check for updates.
Check for and install any available app updates.
After installing updates, go to the Stock & Marketplace > Manage plugins to view your acquired plugins and extensions.
Your plugins should now show up on Adobe Exchange as well.
