Learn how to open apps in Intel emulation mode after installing plugins.

When you install a plugin or extension on Mac computers with Apple Silicon, you may be prompted to open the app in Intel emulation mode.

To open the app in Intel emulation mode, follow these steps:

In the Apps tab, go to the Installed Apps panel and find your app.

The Apps tab in Creative Cloud desktop app displays the 'Installed apps' section with the option to View updates and Update all apps.
The Installed apps panel also displays the options to View updates and Update all apps.

Select More actions for the desired app, the select Open in Rosetta.

The Installed apps panel of the Apps tab displays the More options drop-down. with choices such as: Open, Open in Rosetta, View product details, Uninstall and  others.
Once you select Open in Rosetta, you’ll see a pop-up confirming that the plugin has been installed.

Your plugin is now ready for use.
