Use the Chrome extension

Learn how to use the Adobe Content Authenticity Chrome browser extension to detect Content Credentials on websites. 

Note

A file can have multiple Content Credentials, but only the most recent ones are displayed.

Open the website with an image you want to check for Content Credentials.

In the navigation bar, select the Extensions icon > Adobe Content Authenticity

Select the next  icon.

Select the greater than (>) icon to view the information about who was involved and how this content was made.
Select the > icon next to the image you want to check for Content Credentials

To inspect Content Credentials, select the Inspect button. It will redirect you to Adobe’s Inspect tool

Select the Inspect button present on the lower right corner outlined in black color to view the details.
Select the Inspect button to view the full details

If the extension does not detect any Content Credentials, it will display the message: “No Content Credentials found on this page.
