Try this solution if you are unable to access Content Credentials.
Content Credentials disabled by admin settings
Content Credentials are enabled by default. If you’re unable to access them, your organization’s admin may have restricted your access.
- Enterprise accounts: Contact your admin to verify settings via the Admin Console.
- Government accounts: Request your administrator to enable Content Credentials via the Admin Console.
- Higher education accounts: Ask your admin to enable it via the Admin Console.
- K–12 education plans: Content Credentials are currently not available for K–12 users.
