Learn how to check the version of the Creative Cloud desktop app that is installed on your computer, on Windows or macOS.

Select the Creative Cloud icon in the Windows taskbar to open the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Select the hamburger menu and go to Help > About Creative Cloud.

Find the version number for the Creative Cloud desktop app in the dialog box that appears.

Select the Creative Cloud icon in the macOS menu bar to open the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Go to Creative Cloud in the menu bar, and then select About Creative Cloud.
