Issue: When you open the Creative Cloud desktop application, the content is in Portuguese or a different language than expected.

Your operating system's language is English.

Solution

Change your OS language format region to United States:

  1. Close the Creative Cloud Desktop application.
  2. In Finder, choose Apple > System Preferences > Language & Text.
  3. Choose the Format tab.
  4. Change the region pop-up menu to United States from United States (Computer).
  5. Quit System Preferences.
  6. Restart the Creative Cloud Desktop application.
