The following issues are known to occur if you use CC 2015 DVDs to create packages using offline media.
Always download the latest updates from Creative Cloud.
Fuse CC does not launch and gives an error about a missing MSVCR120.dll.
Download the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 from the Microsoft website and install it on your system. This fixes the missing the DLL issue in Fuse CC.
Fuse CC is available only in English language.
Users are unable to install Fireworks CS6 and Flash Builder 4.7 in subscription mode, unless another Creative Cloud product is already installed on the machine.
Fireworks CS6 and Flash Builder 4.7 do not contain the latest Adobe Setup Utility. Do one of the following:
- Deploy and install a CC 2014 product before installing these apps
- Launch Fireworks CS6 or Flash Builder 4.7 in trial mode, and sign in with the ID that has a subscription associated with it.
User cannot install Acrobat Pro as offline media using Creative Cloud Packager.
Install Acrobat Pro directly from the DVD.
When you install a serialized package created in the Creative Cloud Packager which contains InDesign CC 2015 and InCopy CC 2015, and you have deselected the option to install the Creative Cloud desktop app, you receive the following error on the first launch of the product:
"Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of Adobe Creative Cloud..."
A new version of Creative Cloud Packager is available. When prompted, download the latest version of CCP and create the package.
