Issue

The Creative Cloud desktop application does not load text or items correctly, as shown below:

Solution

Upgrade the Creative Cloud desktop application to version 1.2.1.260 or later.  Determine the installed version of the Creative Cloud desktop application by completing the following steps:

  1. Click the Gear Icon in the upper-right corner of the Creative Cloud desktop application.
  2. Select preferences.
  3. Select the General tab, and then click Account.
Click Account

Quit the Creative Cloud desktop application by selecting the quit option from the Gear Icon in the upper-right corner of the Window. Then, restart the application.
