When you try to turn on file syncing in the Creative Cloud desktop app, a spinning wheel is briefly displayed and then the Start Syncing button is displayed again. Files are not synced. Attempting to repeat the process results in the same behavior.

This issue occurs if the path to the local folder (localURL) is missing from the cloud sync settings file (options.tix) in the CoreSync data directory. To resolve the issue, delete the options.tix file. Follow these steps for your operating system.
