Creating multiple users via CSV import

Caution:

Users can not be created in the Acrobat Sign system until the user domains are claimed and verified.

If users are added to the Okta spoke prior to the domains being claimed, the Acrobat Sign group must be removed and readded to each impacted user to trigger the user creation process in the Acrobat Sign environment.

Create multiple Users via CSV import

Okta allows for multiple users to be created quickly by uploading a preconfigured CSV file (See the file below).

Download

  1. In the Okta Admin Console, navigate to Directory > People.
  2. Click More actions and select Import users from CSV from the drop-down menu

  3. Select the Upload CSV button, and upload your configured CSV

  4. Click Next.

  5. Select from the options to Automatically activate the new users  and if the users should authenticate via Identity Provider only (Not available if the IDP is not configured)

  6. The Import will process and then return a result showing how many users were successfully imported, and providing an error report when errors are detected.

  7. Click Done.
