Fill text fields
Open the PDF form and select Fill & Sign from the bottom menu.
Select Text box from the bottom menu and tap where you want to add text in the document.
To reposition the text box, select and hold it until the magnifying symbol appears, then move it to align with the form field.
Long-press any text to open the context menu and choose a formatting option as required:
- Resize: Tap the small A to decrease or large A to increase text size.
- Delete: Tap Delete to remove the text.
- Change color: Tap Color picker and select a color from the palette.
- Switch to combed style: Tap More options> Combed text
to space each character into its own box.
Tap the checkmark to save.
Fill radio button and checkbox fields
Select Radio button , Checkmark , or Cross from the bottom menu.
Tap anywhere on the document to place the field.
To change the symbol, tap the marked field, select More options , and then choose a style.
To add a rectangular shape, select Rectangle from the context menu.
To draw a straight line across the document, select Line from the menu.
Tap the checkmark to save.
Add your signature
Select Signature > Add signature from the bottom menu.
Draw your signature, use an image, or capture one, then tap Done.
Tap anywhere on the document to place your signature.
To reposition your signature, select and hold it, then move it to the desired location.
To resize your signature, drag the resize handles.
You can delete a signature by tapping on it and selecting Delete from the menu.
Tap the checkmark to save.
Add your initials
Select Signature > Add initials from the bottom menu.
Draw your initials, use an image, or capture one, then tap Done.
To move your initials, hold and drag them to the desired position.
To resize, drag the resize handles.
You can delete initials by tapping and selecting Delete from the menu.
Tap the checkmark to save.
