Yes. Acrobat on mobile includes built‑in security controls to help you safely view, review, and share PDFs on Android and iOS. Adobe’s security framework protects your documents across devices and cloud services, with regular updates to address newly identified risks.

When sharing PDFs, you can control access using secure links, permissions, and password protection. For added security, Acrobat also supports features such as encryption and access controls to help keep sensitive information private. Refer to the Adobe Security Bulletin.

Subscriptions to Acrobat on mobile unlock premium features, including editing, exporting, and advanced tools. Pricing, billing, cancellation, and refund policies may vary depending on whether you subscribed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or directly through Adobe.

For details, refer to Cancellation and refunds for Acrobat on Android | iOS.

PDF Spaces is a shared workspace in Acrobat for organizing and collaborating on PDFs in one place. You can group related files, invite others to review them, and keep comments, updates, and versions together, so everything stays easy to track.

Create PDF Spaces to work on multiple PDFs and collaborate with people in a single, organized place, instead of sharing files one by one.

On Acrobat for Android, you can use Adobe Express–powered tools to turn PDFs into polished visuals quickly. Open a PDF to create content with ready‑made templates, improve layouts, and edit images so that you can move seamlessly from document review to design.

Adobe Express–powered features are coming soon to iOS, bringing the same capabilities to iPhone and iPad users.

Use AI Assistant in Acrobat on mobile to ask questions, summarize content, and get clear answers directly from your PDF. Open a document to chat with it, uncover key insights, and view responses linked back to the source for transparency.

You can also use hands‑free voice prompts to interact with PDFs on the go—making it easier to understand complex content, create summaries, or draft quick outputs anytime, anywhere.

Acrobat Reader on mobile doesn’t support opening multiple PDFs in tabs. On both iOS and Android, you can view one PDF at a time; opening a new file replaces the current one rather than opening it in a separate tab.

To work with multiple PDFs on mobile, you can switch between files from the Home or Recent list or use device multitasking features such as split‑screen or multiple app windows (where supported). Tabbed PDF viewing is currently available only on desktop.
