Add reviewers to shared files

Learn how to add people to shared PDFs using Acrobat on mobile.

As the file owner, you can manage reviewer access directly in Acrobat on mobile. You can add reviewers at any time; all participants are notified when review settings change or new reviewers are added. Reviewers get permission to add comments to the shared file.

Work with PDFs faster using AI, insights, and essential tools anywhere.

Go to Acrobat on Android and open the PDF shared for review.

Select More options> People.

Select Add.

Allow access to your contacts if prompted.

Enter the new reviewer’s email address in the input field.

The reviewer is added to the People list and gets a notification.
