Try these solutions to troubleshoot subscription restoration issues in Acrobat on mobile.
Purchase restoration issues are usually caused by signing in with the wrong Adobe account, an inactive subscription, or app installation issues.
Signed in with the wrong Adobe account
Your subscription is associated with a different Adobe account.
Check the email address shown on the Settings page.
Compare it with the email associated with your subscription.
If they don't match, sign out and sign back in with the correct Adobe account.
Try restoring the subscription again.
Subscription has expired or been canceled
Only active subscriptions can be restored.
In Acrobat on mobile, tap your profile icon and select Subscriptions.
Tap Restore purchases.
Relaunch the app and verify that your premium features are available.
App installation issue
Purchase restoration may fail if the app was updated from a different app store than the one used to install it.
Back up any locally stored files.
Uninstall Acrobat from your device.
Reinstall the app from the same app store where it was originally installed.
Sign in and try restoring your purchases again.
