Bookmark pages

Learn how to add bookmarks to pages in a PDF using Acrobat on Android.

Bookmarks help you return to specific pages in a document. Add a bookmark to the current page or, for supported files, use the table of contents. Only one bookmark is allowed per page.

Note

Bookmarks are currently available only in Acrobat on Android. The option to add bookmarks from the table of contents is supported for select documents, such as books or longer PDFs. Bookmarks created on Acrobat desktop are also visible in Acrobat on iOS.

Bookmark the current page

Open the PDF and navigate to the page you want to bookmark.

Select More options> Add bookmark from the menu.
A confirmation message is displayed when the bookmark is added.

Find and bookmark another page

Open the PDF and select More options> Bookmarks from the menu.

Select the Table of Contents tab to view the table of contents.

Navigate and select the page you want to bookmark.

Select the Bookmarks tab and then select the Add bookmark to this page option.
A confirmation message is displayed.
