Learn how to share a PDF as a flattened copy to lock all comments, markups, and form fields in Acrobat on iOS.
Sharing a PDF as a flattened copy prevents recipients from editing annotations in Acrobat on iOS. By default, shared PDFs remain editable, allowing recipients to update highlights, notes, and form fields. Flattened PDFs preserve the document as a final, non-editable version.
