Premium access issues

Try these solutions to troubleshoot subscription access issues.

Premium features may be unavailable if Acrobat cannot verify your subscription. This can happen if you're signed in with the wrong Adobe account, your subscription has expired, or your purchase hasn't synced with the app.

If you're unsure which account is associated with your subscription, check your purchase confirmation email or the app store where you made the purchase.

Signed in with the wrong Adobe account

Make sure you're signed in with the Adobe account used to purchase the subscription.

Open Acrobat on mobile and tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.

Check the email address shown on the Settings page.

Compare it with the email address associated with your subscription.

If they don't match, sign out and sign back in with the correct Adobe account.

Try accessing the premium feature again.

Subscription has expired or been canceled

If your subscription appears canceled or expired in the App Store or Google Play, you'll need to renew it before you can use premium features.

Verify that your subscription is active in the app store where you purchased it.

Sign in to the Adobe account associated with the subscription.

Close the Acrobat mobile app and then reopen it.

Check whether premium features are available.

Subscription plan doesn't include the feature

Available features depend on your subscription plan. Refer to the Acrobat Plans and Pricing page for details. If the feature you need isn't included in your current plan, upgrade your plan from the Subscriptions page.

Sign-in limit reached

If you're signing in on a new device and can't access premium features:

Sign out of Acrobat on any device you no longer use.

Close the Acrobat mobile app.

Relaunch the app and sign in again with your Adobe account.

Note

If the issue persists, reinstall the app and sign in again.
