Troubleshoot missing refunds after canceling an Acrobat mobile subscription.

If you're eligible for a refund after canceling your Adobe Acrobat subscription, it typically appears within 5–10 business days. If you haven't received it, the most common causes are:

  • The subscription was purchased through Apple.
  • The subscription was canceled outside the refund eligibility period.
  • Your bank or payment provider is still processing the refund.

Before you begin, confirm that you received a cancellation confirmation email from Adobe. If you didn't receive one, the cancellation may not have been completed.

Subscription purchased through Apple

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, Adobe cannot issue or track your refund.

Sign in with the Apple ID you used for the purchase.

Follow Apple's instructions to submit a refund request.

Check your Apple ID payment method for the refund within the timeframe Apple provides.

Only Apple can process refunds for App Store purchases.

Canceled outside the refund eligibility period

For subscriptions purchased directly from Adobe, a full refund is available only if you cancel within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Check your purchase confirmation email.

Compare the purchase date with the cancellation date.

If more than 14 days have passed, you won't receive a refund, but you'll retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.

If you canceled within 14 days and haven't received a refund, contact Adobe Support through the Contact Us chatbot.

Refund still processing

If you purchased directly from Adobe and canceled within the refund eligibility period, the refund may still be processing.

Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Verify that you're checking the same payment method used for the purchase.

Review your account or statement for pending credit from Adobe.

If more than 10 business days have passed, contact your bank or payment provider.

If your bank confirms that no refund is pending, contact Adobe Support through the Contact Us chatbot.
