Canceling before the free trial ends
If your subscription includes a free trial, you won’t be charged during the trial period. To avoid being billed, cancel your subscription through the app store before the trial ends. If you don’t cancel, your subscription is automatically charged when the trial expires.
Canceling within 48 hours of payment
You must cancel a subscription via the app store within 48 hours of your payment to be eligible for a full refund.
Canceling after 48 hours and within 14 days
If you cancel a subscription between 48 hours and 14 days from the date of initial payment, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact Adobe Support for refunds or billing requests.
Canceling after 14 days
Refunds are not available if you cancel after 14 days. You can contact Adobe Support to cancel.
Adobe doesn’t issue refunds for purchases made directly through app stores. For App Store or iTunes Store purchases, refer to Refunds from Apple. Refer to Adobe's subscription terms and refund policies for details.
