Open Acrobat on Android and sign in using the same ID you used to purchase the subscription.
Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Restore purchases.
A message appears confirming that your purchase is restored.
Close and relaunch the app, then try using your paid services.
If you purchased the app in one store (for example, Google Play) but later updated it in another (such as the Galaxy Store), the restore may fail. In this case, uninstall the app and reinstall it from the store where you originally purchased the subscription.
