Confirm which store, Google Play or Galaxy Store, was used to purchase your subscription. Subscriptions can only be canceled in the same store.
Cancel from the app
Go to Acrobat on Android and tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select Manage subscriptions.
The subscription management page opens and displays your subscription details.
Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your subscription.
Cancel from Google Play
If you purchased your subscription through Google Play, you need to manage and cancel it directly in the Google Play Store. For step-by-step instructions, refer to the Google Play help page.
Cancel from Galaxy Store
If you purchased your subscription through the Galaxy Store, you can cancel it from the Galaxy Store app. For detailed steps, refer to the Galaxy Store support page.
