Error referring to AAM protocol when you click Download button

For example, "[Browser] doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (aam) isn't associated with any program."

Windows:

1. Close the browser.
2. Navigate to C:\users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\
3. Rename the OOBE folder to OOBE.old.
4. Restart the browser.
   
5. Download and install Creative Cloud Desktop application from Creative Cloud.
   

Note: Some folders in this path are hidden. To reveal them, see Show hidden files, folders, filename extensions

Mac OS:

1. Close the browser.
2. Navigate to //Library/Internet Plug-Ins/.
3. Remove AdobeAAMDetect.plugin.
4. Restart the browser.
5. Download and install Creative Cloud Desktop application from Creative Cloud.
