Unable to sign in to Creative Cloud

Try these solutions if you're unable to sign in to the Creative Cloud desktop app.
Creative Cloud desktop app is unresponsive
Quit and relaunch the Creative Cloud desktop app to refresh its processes and improve performance.
Select the menu icon > File, and then select Quit Creative Cloud or press Ctrl + W.
Reopen the Creative Cloud desktop app.
Open the Creative Cloud desktop app.
Select Creative Cloud > Quit Creative Cloud or press Cmd + Q.
Reopen the Creative Cloud desktop app.
Nota:
Quitting the app doesn't affect your cloud documents or app data.
Network or configuration issues
Ensure that your network allows access to Adobe servers. Consult your IT team to verify the network and configuration settings.
The desktop app is outdated
Update your Creative Cloud desktop app to the latest version.
