Beta apps aren't visible in Creative Cloud desktop app
Use these solutions if you can't see the Beta apps tab in your Creative Cloud desktop app.
You have a school or company account
If you have a school or company account and can’t find the Beta tab or see the message "You don't have access to manage apps," contact your admin.
Corrupted Creative Cloud desktop app cache
A corrupted cache can prevent the Creative Cloud desktop app from displaying the Beta apps tab. Clear the cache to fix this issue.
In the Windows search bar, type: %AppData%\Adobe\OOBE.
Double-click to open the OOBE folder. Select all files and folders inside. Right-click and select Delete.
You need administrative privileges on your device to delete the ServiceConfig.xml file.
Launch the Creative Cloud desktop app again.
Close the Creative Cloud desktop app.
Press command + spacebar to open the Spotlight Search.
Copy and paste the file path ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/.
Select the OOBE folder from the search results. When it opens, select all files and folders inside and then press command + delete.
You need administrative privileges on your device to delete the ServiceConfig.xml file.
Launch the Creative Cloud desktop app again.
Creative Cloud desktop app hasn't been updated
The Beta tab may not be displayed if you don’t have the latest Creative Cloud desktop app version. To avoid similar issues, we recommend that you keep your app updated.
