Try these solutions to resolve broken links in Creative Cloud libraries and restore access to your assets.
IPC refers to the ways in which different programs or processes on a computer exchange data and communicate with each other.
AdobeIPCBroker file is misplaced
Copy the AdobeIPCBroker file.
Paste it into the IPCBox folder located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\IPCBox.
If AdobeIPCBroker isn't present, navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\IPCBox, copy AdobeIPCBroker, and paste it to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\IPC folder.
Relaunch your Adobe application.
Missing or incorrect IPCBox folder
Navigate to the IPC folder at C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\IPC.
Copy the AdobeIPCBroker file.
Create a new folder with the name IPCBox in the Adobe Desktop Common folder at C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common.
Paste the copied AdobeIPCBroker file into the IPCBox folder located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\IPCBox.
Relaunch your Adobe application.

Open Finder and press Option + Shift.
Select the Go menu in the navigation bar, and then select Library.

If AdobeIPCBroker isn't present, navigate to Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Desktop Common/IPCBox, copy AdobeIPCBroker, and paste it to the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Application Manager/IPC folder.
Relaunch your Adobe application.
