Edit a collection to keep its files aligned with your current review or analysis work.
Editing a collection changes only which files belong to that collection. It does not modify the underlying files or affect other collections unless you delete a file from All files.
Ways to edit a collection
You can:
- Upload files to a collection to add new files from your device.
- Add files from All files to reuse files that already exist in Analyzer without uploading them again.
- Remove files from a collection to remove them from the current collection while keeping them available in All files.
- Delete a file to permanently remove it from All files and every collection that contains it.
Choose the right action
Use upload when the file does not yet exist in Analyzer.
Use add from All files when the file already exists in Analyzer and you want to include it in another collection.
Use remove when the file no longer belongs in the current collection but should remain available elsewhere.
Use delete only when you no longer need the file anywhere in Analyzer.
