Learn how to edit PDFs in PDF Spaces in Acrobat on the web.
Select the PDF you want to edit from the Space or upload a new file.
Select Edit from the top bar.
Select Continue in the popup dialog box to open the PDF in a new tab.
Format the text as required. You can also rotate, add, delete, and reorder pages.
Select Save edits. Your changes overwrite the previous version in the Space, and AI Assistant answers reflect the latest version.
Select Return to PDF Space when you're done editing to go back to the original tab.
Note
If you have the same PDF open in multiple tabs and make changes in one of them, PDF Space detects the change. It shows a Changes made in another window notification in the other tab, prompting you to reload and view the latest version.
