Review Analyzer security information

For detailed information about Analyzer security architecture, data flows, encryption, generative AI processing, data retention, and data processing and storage locations, see the Analyzer in Acrobat security overview in the Adobe Trust Center.

Use Analyzer with HIPAA-regulated data

Analyzer is HIPAA Ready. Organizations that plan to process protected health information (PHI) must have an applicable Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Adobe and complete HIPAA enablement before using Analyzer for that purpose.

Contact your Adobe Sales team if you need help determining your organization's eligibility or understanding BAA requirements.

To request HIPAA readiness and complete the required enablement process, see Enable HIPAA readiness for Analyzer in Acrobat.

Note

A BAA alone doesn't enable HIPAA readiness for Analyzer. Don't process PHI until Adobe completes HIPAA enablement for your organization.

Review completed compliance information

The Adobe Trust Center provides authoritative information about completed Adobe certifications, standards, compliance programs, and security resources.

As compliance work for Analyzer is completed, Adobe will publish the applicable status in the Adobe Trust Center. Until then, use the current status on this page.
