Upload new files to an existing collection so you can analyze them with the rest of the collection.
Files uploaded directly to a collection become part of that collection after Analyzer finishes processing them. Use this method when the files are not already available in All files.
Before you begin
Make sure:
- You can access the collection you want to edit.
- The files are available on your device.
- You upload no more than 100 files at a time.
Upload files to a collection
Select Upload files.
Add up to 100 files by browsing to them or dragging them into the upload area.
Select Add when all files have been included.
Wait for processing to complete.
Refresh the page to view the updated file list.
What happens after you upload files
- Analyzer adds the uploaded files to the collection.
- Analyzer processes the files and makes them available for review when processing completes.
- Assigned attributes for that collection are applied and extracted from any new documents.
- Refresh the page to see the updated status and file list.
