Issue

When you launch some Creative Cloud applications, the application window flashes, then the application exits without an error message.

Solution

Log out of your Creative Cloud account, and then log back in. This resets the account information, which allows the Creative Cloud application to launch.

  1. Mac OS:  Go to Applications > Adobe Creative Cloud > Adobe Creative Cloud.

    Windows:  From the Start Menu, click Search, and type Adobe Creative Cloud.

  2. In the upper-right corner, click the gear icon.

  3. Choose Preferences from the pop-up menu.

  4. In the Preferences menu, under General, click the Account tab.

  5. Click Sign Out from Creative Cloud.

  6. When prompted, sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
