Projects are stored in a shareable location, making content accessible to all members. Sharing assets within a project provides access to all members. You can save all Creative Cloud documents, files, folders, and libraries in a project. To access your projects, navigate to Files > Projects.

Invites and permissions supported in a project

Collaborators can be given Can edit or Can view permissions for all assets within a project. Making a project available to the organization allows you to share the project via a link, but users must have the link to rediscover the project.

In addition to sharing at the project level, users can also share individual documents. These shared documents are visible under the Shared with you section.
