Share cloud documents

Learn how to share, review, and comment on cloud documents using the Creative Cloud desktop app and Adobe Home.    

Try it in the app
Share your cloud documents in a few simple steps.

Select Files > Files .

Hover over the cloud document you want to share, select the more actions   icon, and then select Share  .

Enter an email address and select Invite to edit

Note
  • Recipients will receive the invite to review the document via email and an in-app notification. They can access the shared documents in the Creative Cloud app by selecting Files > Shared with you.  
  • Link recipients cannot upload, update, or delete your assets. You can revoke access anytime you want.  

Share PDF documents

Select Files > Files .

Hover over the PDF document you want to share, select the more actions  icon, and then select Open  or Open in web.

In the top panel, select Share.

In the share dialog box, enter an email address and select Invite
