Adobe for Claude connects Claude with capabilities from Acrobat, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Firefly, Premiere, InDesign, and Adobe Stock. Describe what you want to create, edit, review, or refine, and Adobe tools help you complete the work without leaving the conversation.

Workflows enabled by Adobe for Claude
Adobe for Claude supports different workflows based on your Adobe services and capabilities. These workflows include:
- Review and refine PDFs: Upload a document and ask Claude to review it. Adobe Acrobat capabilities can help organize pages, redact sensitive information, edit content, and add highlights, comments, and other annotations directly in an interactive viewer. Some examples are:
- Upload a product catalog and ask Adobe to flag missing information, pricing inconsistencies, outdated descriptions, or opportunities to improve the layout and messaging.
- Reorganize a catalog so related products are grouped, then add comments or annotations for any remaining updates.
- Combine files into a single PDF, reorder or delete pages, compress the file, and prepare it to share.
- Create designs and turn them into PDFs: Start from an Adobe Express template, customize the content in a live editor, and convert the finished design into a PDF. You can then use Acrobat capabilities to organize or manage the PDF. Some examples are:
- Choose a brochure, cover, or other available template, then update the text, images, and colors for a campaign.
- Create a brochure for a seasonal promotion using your brand colors, then export it as a PDF.
- Create a cover page design, convert it to PDF, and combine it with other files to produce a polished deliverable.
- Edit and transform images: Upload one or more images and describe the changes you want. Adobe for Claude can help adjust color, lighting, and tone, apply Lightroom presets, remove or blur backgrounds, crop, resize, and expand images, and import and render Photoshop files. Some examples are:
- Upload a set of product photos and apply the same crop, lighting adjustments, and Lightroom preset across the batch.
- Upload team headshots and balance the lighting, crop them consistently, and prepare them for a company profile page.
- Refine video for different formats: Upload video clips and ask Adobe to create quick cuts or resize them for different platforms. Some examples are:
- Turn event footage into a highlight reel.
- Resize a horizontal product demo for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Search and organize Creative Cloud assets: Describe what you’re looking for to find Creative Cloud assets by subject, style, mood, or content. You can also organize creative work from the conversation. Some examples are:
- Find images from a specific product shoot, location, or subject across Creative Cloud.
- Find the assets for a campaign and use them in a new design or document workflow.
- Create data-driven documents: Provide source content or structured data and ask Adobe to turn it into a formatted, shareable document or PDF. Some examples are:
- Turn product photos, descriptions, and pricing into a formatted product catalog.
- Turn property data and images into real-estate listing sheets.
Get started with Adobe for Claude
To use Adobe for Claude, you need access to Anthropic’s Claude. Adobe for Claude is available to guests and users on free and paid plans. An Adobe account isn’t required to get started, however, signing in or creating a free Adobe account provides more capabilities and access to your work across sessions.
Tip
Ensure you're on the Discover view.
Select Plugins tab on the Customize screen.
After installation, switch to the Connectors tab of the plugin page and select Connect.
Sign in to your Adobe account or continue as a guest.
After connecting, still on the Connectors tab of the plugin page, select the connected Adobe connector again and set each tool to Always allow. This will prevent approval prompts from interrupting your work.
Type /Adobe in the chat interface to start a new conversation.
Continue prompting by describing what you want to do, and attach any relevant images, videos, PDFs, documents, or data files.
Using these prompts, you can edit and transform images, review and organize PDFs, create and customize designs, convert designs to PDFs, search Creative Cloud assets, and complete multi-step creative and document workflows.

Availability and language support
Adobe for Claude is available to users of Anthropic’s Claude and is optimized for English. Availability is global except in regions restricted by Adobe trade compliance. Adobe for Claude isn't optimized for enterprise use and does not support EDU accounts. Adobe Express capabilities aren't available to enterprise accounts.
