Learn how eligible Frame.io “V4” accounts that currently manage users via Frame.io’s user management functionality can migrate to the Adobe Admin Console.

Frame.io's web and mobile apps are available in English, Japanese, German, Russian, Spanish, Italian, French, and Brazilian Portuguese.
Eligibility for Frame.io enterprise accounts
Enterprise accounts can migrate user management to the Adobe Admin Console if they meet the following criteria:
- The Frame.io enterprise account is on “V4”. This includes accounts created on or after October 2024 or accounts created before that date that have already migrated to V4.
- The Adobe Organization does not use the Global Admin Console
