Privacy and data retention
Adobe does not have access to files that are uploaded through Aspen. Files go directly to user owned CC Files.
If user wants to share feedback on quality of AI results, can opt in to share assets with Adobe (through pre-release forum or email) – these assets will be reviewed by a human and can be used as model training data.

Use your existing Adobe username and password. If you have both personal and work logins, please use your work login.
If you believe you should have access (which includes filling out the survey, receiving an email invitation to the pre-release program and accepting, signing the Terms and Conditions for Aspen), please contact the Aspen program admin on the pre-release site. If you have not gone through the above steps, please fill out the survey to request access.

Each file you upload is limited to 100MB. If you regularly exceed the limit, please contact the Aspen team through the pre-release site. Total size of batch uploads depends on your Creative Cloud storage limit.
There is no limit to the number of files you upload. However, the time to upload will depend on your internet connection.
