Filters
View customer details and data fields available in the Reseller Console.
To view the details of your customers, sign in to the Reseller Console dashboard and select the Customers icon. Use the Customers page to create new customers or manage existing ones, create Purchase Authorizations for them, and track the status of all your customers.
To view a list of all the customers being handled by you, enable the Managed by me option located on the Customers page. By default, all customers handled by your organization can be viewed by navigating to the All Customers page.
Navigate and filter the customer list
The Customer page on Reseller Console provides the following options to navigate and filter customer details in your organization.

No Products |
Customers have received the invitation to join the VIP program but have not yet requested any products. To add products, create a Purchase Authorization (PA) or place an order. VIPs with no products can be removed by selecting the delete icon in the top-right corner of the Customers page. |

Pending Requests |
Customers have requested immediate access to products using a Purchase Authorization, but an order has not yet been placed to pay for those products. |
|
Past Due Requests |
Customers have requested products using a PA, but are late in providing the payment. Remit the payment for these customers before their licenses are deactivated.
|
|
Upcoming Renewals |
The Reseller Console will begin notifying you of upcoming renewals 45 days before the customer’s Anniversary Date. Begin notifying these customers of their upcoming renewal opportunity. |
|
Ready for Renewal |
Customers are within the renewal window and can place renewal orders. Begin notifying these customers of their renewal. |
|
All Customers |
All customers who are managed by your Reseller ID. |
Customer Details
To view the details of a specific customer:
Use the navigation option to filter the list of customers and select the desired customer's name.
When the pop-up menu appears, select the customer's name again.
Verify the customer’s details in the next window.
Following fields are displayed when you select a customer name on the Customers page. The customer detail view displays all fields on a single page.

VIP ID |
The customer's unique identification number is issued when the VIP invitation is sent and is viewed under the Reseller Console. The initial order can be placed immediately after the VIP invitation is sent. |

Primary Contract Owner |
The name and email of the primary administrator or system administrator with access to contract details are displayed. To change the primary contact before they accept VIP Terms and Conditions, resend the invitation to a new email address. After Terms and Conditions are accepted, the customer must follow the workflow to change the contract owner in the Admin Console. |

Customer Address |
Street address, city, and postal code of the VIP organization. |
|
VIP Invitation Status |
Status values are as follows:
Within a single organization, multiple VIPs can’t have the same admin as the primary admin. The customer will not be able to accept the invitation. |
|
Type |
Team or Enterprise. Both license types can be purchased on the same VIP, even when initially only one type of VIP was created. |
|
Anniversary Date |
Recurs annually on the same calendar date, calculated as one year after either the date Adobe accepts the initial order or the customer's first Purchase Authorization date (whichever is earlier).
The initial Purchase Authorization may set the Anniversary Date. Always refer to the first Purchase Authorization date while placing the initial order to set the date correctly. The customer’s Anniversary Date is set when Adobe receives the order. |

Market Segment |
Commercial, Government, or Education segments apply to the VIP account. |
|
Managed by |
Reseller team member assigned to the VIP account to ensure all VIP accounts are updated. For details, refer to Manage team members. |
|
VIP Select |
Loyalty-rewards level for VIP Members who purchase ten or more licenses during a subscription term. VIP Select offers discount levels for Commercial, Government, and Education segments. Learn more about how VIP Select works. |

VIP Select with 3-year commitment |
After qualifying for VIP Select, customers can commit to a 3-year extended term with annual payments and set pricing on a defined license quantity. Available for Commercial, Government, and Education segments. Not available to customers with extended paid-upfront subscriptions. Learn more about the 3-year commit. |
Plans
The Plans tab displays the list of licenses that are pending, fulfilled, assigned (Total active), and the license count for licenses unassigned (Total available).

Purchase Authorization and orders
You can cancel a Purchase Authorization and remove products in the Reseller Console if the license is assigned. Customers will lose access to the products associated with the Purchase Authorization.
To cancel a Purchase Authorization for a customer:
Go to the Customer details page and locate the Purchase Authorizations section
Select Cancel.
Renewal History
To view the processed renewal orders, go to the Orders section of the VIP customer details.
