Accepting 3-year commit
As described in the VIP Program Guide, you are offered a 3-year commitment once your organization has achieved VIP Select status. The primary customer admin (assigned at enrollment) may accept a 3-year commitment at any time during their VIP Select-qualified term, and there are two ways to do this.
Accept from the VIP Select welcome email
Select the link to be directed to the 3-year commit amendment.
Review and select to accept.
Accept from the Adobe Admin Console
Sign in to Admin Console using your email address associated with the VIP agreement, and go to Accounts.
Go to Plan Details and select Join now to join the 3-year commit program.
