Manage Adobe Express add-on access

Learn how to allow or block Adobe Express add-ons for users in your organization using the Adobe Admin Console.

As a System Administrator, you could manage access to Adobe Express add-ons if you purchased your Teams membership directly from Adobe.com. By default, users can download and use Adobe Express add-ons. The setting does not affect doesn’t affect desktop plugins or extensions.

Note

For enterprise organizations, Adobe Express add-on access is managed through role-based access controls. The access setting applies organization-wide and cannot be configured for individual users or groups.

  • When add-on access is turned on, users can browse, download, and use Adobe Express add-ons.
  • When add-on access is turned off, users cannot download or use Adobe Express add-ons, and previously installed add-ons are blocked.

This setting applies only to Adobe Express add-ons and does not affect desktop plugins or extensions.

Before you begin

  • A Creative Cloud for Teams membership purchased directly from Adobe.com.
  • System Administrator access to the Adobe Admin Console.

Update add-on access

Sign in to Adobe Admin Console and navigate to the App add-ons page.

Update the toggle settings to allow or block access to the Adobe Express add-ons.
The changes are saved automatically.
