Learn how to use the Reseller Console to add new customers, manage your customers' accounts, access your order history, and add licenses.
The VIP Reseller Console is a web-based portal used by Adobe or an Adobe Authorized Reseller (Account manager). It allows the reseller administrators to:
- Invite customer organizations to the VIP (Value Incentive Plan) program.
- View and manage customer accounts.
- Manage purchase authorizations and license renewals.
- View reseller organization details and reseller team information.
Here's how to start using the Reseller Console.
Sign in to the Reseller Console using your Adobe ID or create a new Adobe ID using your email address.
Invite your customers to the VIP program.
