Navigate to Account, in the Admin Console.
View contract details, update display names, and manage billing in Admin Console.
Manage Teams contracts in the Account tab of Adobe Admin Console. System admins can view and modify all contracts, while contract admins see only contracts assigned to them. The contract owner manages payments, renewals, and invoices for Teams contracts.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
- System admin or contract admin role
- Active Teams contract
- Email invitation to the Admin Console (accepted)
View contract details
Select a contract from the list of active contracts.
Review the contract information: Contract ID, Status, display name, subscription model, contract owner, anniversary/end date, payment and renewal details, and apps and licenses.
To view expired contracts, select Inactive contracts from the Account tab. After a contract's grace period ends, products are automatically deprovisioned from users.
Change contract display name
Navigate to Account in the Admin Console.
Select a contract from the list of active contracts.
Select the Edit icon next to Contract display name.
Enter a new display name and save your changes.
Custom display names distinguish products across multiple contracts and appear alongside each product in the console.
Identify your contract owner
Go to the Account in the Admin Console.
Select your Teams contract from the list.
Locate the Contract owner field.
The contract owner manages all financial aspects: payment methods, invoices, and renewals. System admins can change the contract owner if needed, but cannot directly manage these billing functions.
All system admins retain the ability to add products and licenses, change plans, and cancel subscriptions regardless of contract owner designation.
