Error while signing in to the Firefly website
Have trouble signing in to the Firefly website? Resolve the connectivity issues in a few simple steps.
Connectivity issues
Connectivity issues such as connectivity issues such as connections with Adobe’s activation servers or website authentication could cause errors such as “We are unable to activate [product name]. Product activation is required to use this product.” or “You may have limited access to Adobe apps or service” when signing in or activating the Firefly website. To resolve connectivity issues, try the following solutions individually, moving to the next if needed.
- Test your connection to Adobe activation servers.
- Reset your hosts file.
- Make sure that you can access secure sites.
- Check the GlobalSign Root CA certificate.
